are made specifically according to your provided details.

For this reason:

• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged because of:
  • Change of mind
  • Spelling approved by customer
  • Wrong information provided by customer
  • Design preference after production

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

• Wrong product
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Photos
• Short description

After verification we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Ready-Made Products

Ready-made products may be exchanged within 7 days if:

• Unused
• Original packaging
• Original condition

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production starts.

Once production begins, cancellation is not possible for customized products.
